Five short tests — thinking, communication, learning, teamwork, curiosity. One profile of your child. No score, no rank, no IQ number. Ever.
🧪 The five assessments
Take them in any order, at your own pace. Every chapter adds a line to the same profile.
Interests, aptitude, EQ and work style — matched against 2,000+ real careers. Built for the stream decision.
Patterns, sequences, spatial, numbers, memory — strengths profile, never an IQ number.
Explore →Listening, reading, speaking, writing — measured separately.
Explore →How your child actually learns — seeing, hearing, reading or doing.
Explore →💛 Who it's for
A parent with one child and a school with two thousand use the same five tests — what changes is the workflow around them.
Ten minutes to the first insight. A report that says what your child is good at, what's growing, and what to do at home — never a rank.

📖 The report
The child gets encouragement. Parents get actions. Schools get the numbers. Nobody gets a label.
🔬 The science
1,230 items didn't come from a weekend brainstorm. Every question survives a pipeline before a child ever sees it.
RIASEC for interests, VARK and multiple intelligences for learning, standard reasoning constructs — drafted by counselors from 20 years of CareerGuide.com practice.
Every item is authored for a specific class band — a Class 3 question is built for a Class 3 reader, not shrunk from an adult test.
Items that confuse, bias, or bore are deleted. Difficulty, discrimination, and fairness checks across gender, region, and board.
A Class 5 child is only ever compared with Class 5 children. Norms are re-examined as new cohorts complete the tests.
A single score collapses five dimensions into one label a child can never un-hear. We report strengths and growth areas instead — specific enough to act on, impossible to rank children with. That's a scientific position, not a missing feature.
⚖️ Compared honestly

🤔 Questions?
There is no low score, because we don't publish one. Every test reports strengths and areas still developing, in that order. Your child never sees a number, a rank, or a comparison with another child — and neither do you. That's a design decision, not a limitation.
No. We measure reasoning carefully and report it as a strengths profile. An IQ number is easy to misread, impossible to un-hear, and tells you nothing you can act on. What we give you instead is specific enough to do something with.
The item banks draw on established frameworks — RIASEC for interests, VARK and multiple intelligences for learning, standard reasoning constructs for thinking. Every question is written for a specific class band and scored against class-level norms. The full methodology is public on our science page.
Too young for a career test, certainly — and we don't give one. What the Explorer band measures at Class 3 is how your child learns and what draws their attention, using pictures and read-aloud questions. It's a starting point you revisit each year, not a verdict.
You, and anyone you explicitly share the report with. Accounts for Classes 3–5 are held by a parent, not the child. We're built on India's DPDP consent requirements, and we don't sell data to anyone, for any purpose.
Every test is free to try — the first 8 questions, no card. A full report is ₹5,000, or ₹12,000 unlocks the Complete Profile (every test for your child's class). You can also redeem a code from the Ideal Career Test™ book. Schools, academies and teachers get per-student pricing.
Ten minutes, free, no card. Your child's first strength profile is one test away.
