CareerGuide.com started with a simple observation: Indian students make the biggest decision of their lives — what to become — with the least information. Relatives' opinions, marks, and guesswork.
Over 20 years, CareerGuide grew into India's largest career counselling platform — students guided across 21+ states, a network of 1,100+ certified career counsellors, and more than 500 million psychometric questions answered by real students. That answer bank is what our norms are built on: when your child is compared with "other Class 6 students", it's because Class 6 students have actually sat these questions, in India, at scale.
Along the way came 12+ national and global awards — including recognition at ASU GSV and the World Education Congress — and the trust of schools, coaching institutes and organisations across the country.
